SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders ship from Los Angeles, California.
All orders placed before noon PST Monday - Friday are processed and shipped within 1 business day of your order date. Orders received Saturday - Sunday will ship out the following Monday.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that standard methods of delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please select the appropriate expedited shipping method upon checkout. Orders shipped to PO boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories cannot be expedited.
After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or damaged, and did not include Route Package Protection, please contact the carrier.
All Continental U.S. orders over $100 ship for free!
Order Pickup
If you would like to pick up your online order at our Order Pickup location rather than have it shipped, please select pickup at checkout. Orders for pickup have a processing period of 3-5 business after your order is placed and payment is received. For pre-orders, please allow an additional 7 business days. All items eligible for pre-order will be noted in the product description section of the product page.
Once your pickup order has been processed and ready for pickup, you will receive an email with instructions on how to pick up your order. You will have 14 days to pick up your order after your email has been sent. If 14 days have passed and your order has not been picked up, the order will be canceled and you will be issued store credit on an e-gift card in the amount of your purchase.
